Years back, I built my home service business to a few million dollars. From the outside, it looked like success. Behind closed doors, I was exhausted.

I was working 80-hour weeks. Missing family events. I was drowning in stress...

Growth journey

Why? He told me later that he saw the drive in me. He saw that I had been to hell and back, and I had the success to prove it.

Together, we scaled Tommy's company to $250M. I ran marketing, built the systems, the org charts, the hiring process, the financial controls... everything.
